Getting a start on March reading. Currently reading the Lager Queen of Minnesota which I am enjoying.
Absolutely loved this book. What a wonderful backdrop to a humorous and sweet and serious love story. I love the idea of letters, numbers and pens with strong characters strolling in the city I love (NYC). I confess I have been a pen collector for many years and still have a pen my grandmother gave me when I was nine years old. I have been a fan of Sophie Kinsella’s stand alone books for years and found Kate Clayborn to be similar. I will add Kate Clayborn to my favorites list.
The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek by Kim Richardson and The Giver of Stars by Jojo Moyes are my favorite books so far this year. Though technically I think they came out last year. Both are great stories about the WPA program in Kentucky in the 1930’s.
What are you reading in 2020?
